yoga teaching philosophy:

Lighthearted, playful, a balance of strength and stretch. I like to infuse fluidity and creativity in my flows as well as offer strengthening exercises. A large emphasis on the breath, which serves as a multifaceted tool to anchor to the present, help manage challenging poses, and encourage relaxation. Inspired through music, my goal is to help students feel a sense of wholeness in their body and mind, find joy and strength that they can take with them off the mat. For prenatal clients, we work on preparing and strengthening the body for labor as well as exercises to relieve any aches. For postnatal clients, we have an extra emphasis on core strength and rebuilding muscle.
