My Background

 

I’m passionate about emotional, mental, and physical health and helping others. Yoga and meditation have been a gift to me for my own mental health struggles and I am devoted to helping others through that same lens. Specifically, I love helping pre and postnatal clients as I found yoga and mindfulness to be incredibly healing for my own pregnancy and postpartum journey. I also love to use nutrition to help support others (pregnant/postpartum especially) as the mind and body is so intertwined that including certain nutrients can help support both mental and physical health.
